A contemporary Irish art gallery in the Parnell Square Cultural Quarter, Dublin's new cultural hotspot

Where on earth is 3 Great Denmark Street?

3 Great Denmark Street is situated at the top right of Parnell Square: If you are coming from O'Connell Street, turn right into 'Gardiner Row' as you reach the top of Parnell Square. You should see the Garden of Remembrance and the beautiful neo-gothic church on your left. Walk for about 100 meters past Castle Hotel as if you were going to Mountjoy Square. Look to the right and you should see Belvedere Hotel. We are just opposite that hotel, between Belvedere College and another famous hotel called Barry's Hotel.

You should see an exhibition banner on our front railings.

The Olivier Cornet Art Gallery is located in one of the most culturally and historically rich parts of Dublin's city centre. At only 180 meters away from Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane, the OCG offers a convivial space where local residents, tourists, casual art lovers, gift buyers, seasoned art collectors and corporate clients alike, can engage with, acquire, or simply view, affordable works of art by contemporary Irish-based and international artists. All of our artists have been chosen for the quality and integrity of their art and practice. We are also one of very few privately-owned / commercial art galleries in downtown Dublin to be open on both Saturdays and Sundays. Private visits outside the gallery's opening hours can also be arranged on request.

Our friendly venue is situated in a very attractive area for weekend and short-break cultural visitors, as well as regular cinema and theatre goers (we are open till 8pm on Thursdays). Fans of Irish literature, poetry, art history and discerning food enthusiasts can also make the most of their visit in the area. Check out our prestigious neighbours on our Links page. They too are worth a visit! Whether you live in Dublin or are visiting from another county in Ireland, another country in Europe or further afield, we will do our utmost for you to enjoy your time in the very informal atmosphere of the OCG.

We are also part of the Dublin Bikes Gallery Crawl:
Opening days/hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 11am to 6pm (to 8pm on Thursdays)
Saturday & Sunday: 12 noon to 5pm
The gallery is closed on Mondays (except for bank holidays)

We remain at your disposal if you'd like to visit us outside of theses opening hours. Just let us know what would suit. Video calls (Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype...) can also be arranged if you would like to see a series of works by any particular artist, for instance, prior to your visit or if you are not in a position to visit us at the moment. You can also visit our exhibitions in our newly instated 3D Virtual Space

Admission is free to all our art exhibitions which usually launch on Sunday afternoons to allow people to come with their families.

Unfortunately our beautiful Georgian building is not wheelchair accessible. If you have access or mobility requirements, please contact us at 0872887261 and we will do our best to assist you.

Kudos to our visitors, patrons and customers who have recommended our art gallery on Google and on social media platforms!
Do you know that you can also use Dublin's latest transport service, the LUAS, to get to Olivier Cornet Gallery? We love Dublin's new tram line!

For instance, from St. Stephen's Green or Dawson Street (Brides Glen to Broombridge Green Line), get off at the Parnell Stop and just walk up the beautiful North Great Georges Street (past the James Joyce Centre) and turn left at the top of the street: we are right there between Barry's Hotel and Belvedere House.
"I love art dealers. In some ways, they're my favorite people in the art world. Really. I love that they put their money where their taste is, create their own aesthetic universes, support artists, employ people, and do all of this while letting us see art for free. Many are visionaries.Jerry Saltz (American art critic)
